Turn R 180 degrees to RFF front stance, R leg block, L st. kick (down in back), L st. punch.

Step to LFF front stance, R st. punch.

Look 90 degrees left.

Step to LFF front stance, L leg block.

Step to RFF front stance, R hi punch, L mid punch.

Step to LFF front stance, R hi punch, L mid punch.

Step to RFF front stance, R hi punch, L mid punch. Kiai.

Look over right sholder, turn 270 degrees to LFF front stance, L leg block, R st. kick (down in back), R st. punch.

Step to RFF front stance, L st. punch.

Look over R sholder.

Turn R 180 degrees to RFF front stance, R leg block, L st. kick (down in back), L st. punch.

Step to LFF front stance, R st. punch.

Look 90 degrees left.

Step to LFF front stance, L leg block.

Step to RFF front stance, R hi punch, L mid punch.

Step to LFF front stance, R hi punch, L mid punch.

Step to RFF front stance, R hi punch, L mid punch. Kiai.

Look over right sholder, turn 270 degrees to LFF front stance, L leg block, R st. kick (down in back), R st. punch.

Step to RFF front stance, L st. punch.

Look over R sholder.

Turn R 180 degrees to RFF front stance, R leg block, L st. kick (down in back), L st. punch.

Step to LFF front stance, R st. punch.
