all use front stance, step back w/ right and side block L

  1. Straight punch - solar plexus (forward)
    Side Block - Straight punch - solar plexus (backward - catch palms facing each other, at same side of punching hand.)
  2. Straight punch - face (forward)
    Head Block - Straight punch - face (backward - catch palms facing up, at same side of punching hand.)
  3. (do not step back remaiin at ready)
    Step forward and kneal down - leg block - straight punch - standup.
    Step back and kneal down - OH leg block - shuto - stand up.
  4. Knife hand side block - striaght kick (back leg) (forward)
    Slap sideways w/ back hand, slap up w/ fron hand, Straight kick w/ front leg. (push - pop)
  5. Twist and punch down, knife hand head block, swing arm to side block, front kick w/ back leg. (forward)
    Double low OH block, double high OH block, Swing arms around and double side block, kick w/ back leg, pull hands back to chamber. (backward)
  6. For both, hold hands to side in fists - buckets of water.
    Straight kick (forward)
    Block w/ calf of front leg, straight kick.
