  1. 7 star blocking (flesh out)
  2. variation on Sensei Karem's Shika dache (from Sensei Susan Tong)
    1. horse stance - medium speed punches
    2. deeper stance - full speed punches
    3. kick and punch
      1. same leg/same hand
      2. opposite leg/opposite hand.
  3. First Strike - from Donna Mullett

  4. "jumping jacks" - start in 45 degree stance, hands in guard position, jump to center, feet together, jump back out to 45 degrees w/ foot positioning switched, repeat.
  5. Step to side 45 degrees forward to cat stance, w/ opposite hand high "inward" block (avoiding overhead strike), step forward and turn in 2 steps always facing "opponent"
  6. two level jumping jacks.
  7. follow the leader jumping jacks.
  8. follow the leader via mirror.
  9. follow the leader line drill

  10. arms in front - back - circle forward - cirlce back - back to front.
  11. squat down and push kness out - rise up to low shika dache, push out and lean to either side to streatch back.
  12. on knees, split out - lower legs paralllel and push back.
  13. mirror exersize - same side (right to right)
    1. true mirror (right to left)
    2. chain mirror.
    3. chain mirrow w/ ends alternating.
  14. push hands
  15. push hands - try to touch head or belt or partner.
  16. Seishan seris Bunki (go R, L, F, B) (Block, punch, punch, kick, punch - win on last punch.)
  17. People w/ Xrays and clubs - surround an unarmed person and have random attackers - block club and attack xray.
  18. Kumite - multipile vs. 1.
    1. attacker(s) vs. defender - defend a downed/incapacitated victim
    2. start as 2 on 2 until one is "taken out"?
  19. Leg block - use back (muscle part) of calf.

  20. RFF FS, st punch L, shift 90 degrees to LFF FS, punch R. (retreating arm is a block or the entire technique is a throw!)
  21. squat down and just st punch!
  22. low keki-dachi, punch (uppercut, st, reinforced) - switch side to side, stay low
  23. cat stance drills
    1. heel-toe foreward to cat, kick
    2. heel-toe foreward to cat, kick, back fist
    3. heel-toe foreward to cat, kick, back fist, heel-toe forward, hair grab
    4. step w/ lead foot foreward to cat, kick
    5. step w/ lead foot foreward to cat, kick, back fist
    6. step w/ lead foot foreward to cat, kick, back fist, step w/ lead foot foreward, hair grab
