Bo Lines (Stationary)

  1. Itosu stance - Jab w/ end of bo (high, middle, low).
  2. Itosu stance - reach to end of bo and poke (h/m/l).
  3. Itosu stance - reach to end of bo, poke and outer block (h/m/l).
  4. Itosu stance - reverse strike, front strike (h/m/l), both strikes are in horizontal plane.
  5. Itosu stance - twist hips, strike upward to groin/chin, then down to top of head. (90,45,0 degrees).
  6. Cat stance, front guard - reverse srike to side, drop end and poke foot, back to front guard (h/m/l).
  7. Cat stance, front guard - leg up (avoid sweep), reverse strike, front stance, strike top of head (h/m/l).
  8. Itosu stance - upper horizontal block, push strike to outside and reverse strike to ribs, strike ribs w/ front strike, outer block.
  9. Itosu stance - jab high front, jab low back, jab high front (h/m/l)
  10. Cat stance, front guard - vertical block, leg up (avoid sweep), heliocopter over head and front strike ribs, wind up to opposite side, and come back to a second front strike, block back to cat stance, front guard.
