Blocking Drill

Remember: when the one hand is not doing anything, bring it back to chamber position.
  1. Feet together, bow
  2. hide hand (right fist, behind left open hand)
  3. step out to shoulder width, fists in ready position
  4. Left head (upper) block
  5. Right head (upper) block
  6. Left side block
  7. Right side block
  8. Left cross block
  9. Right cross block
  10. Left leg (lower) block
  11. Right leg (lower) block
  12. Left open hand (circle/circler) block
  13. Right open hand (circle/circler) block
  14. Left rising block
  15. Right rising block
  16. fists back to ready position
  17. slide left foot back to right foot, hide hand again
  18. bow out
