Blocking Drill
Remember: when the one hand is not doing anything, bring it back to
chamber position.
- Feet together, bow
- hide hand (right fist, behind left open hand)
- step out to shoulder width, fists in ready position
- Left head (upper) block
- Right head (upper) block
- Left side block
- Right side block
- Left cross block
- Right cross block
- Left leg (lower) block
- Right leg (lower) block
- Left open hand (circle/circler) block
- Right open hand (circle/circler) block
- Left rising block
- Right rising block
- fists back to ready position
- slide left foot back to right foot, hide hand again
- bow out
